Christmas & Baby Thoughts!

Sitting here typing is great when I have a little thump, thump from Miss Lainey Ray Bloodworth!

I've had this name picked out for quite somtime now! No down to the last minute choosing for us! LRB like mommy's initials and Ray after Grandpa Sleeth's middle name and mommy's middle name (Raylene).....

We are already 6 months along! Looking back at early on pics im like wow, my body used to look like that! haha.....it happens!!! Wouldn't change it....pregnancy has been great once those 3 1/2 months went by! no more sickness thank goodness!! Just the occasional bout of indigestion but def. not complaining!!

Next Dr. visit is the 30th and that is the glucose test! yippee! and it wont be untill the next visit after that we get to see Miss Lainey again....when that happens, we wont have seen her since 18 weeks!!!! so she is going to be big!! I can't wait!! Those are my favorite times seeing her!!

*Praying all goes well with my glucose test and I skip out on the gestational diabetes*

Steps mommy & daddy have accomplished:

*We have started her nursery and got that rolling this past weekend. Graham's mom, gma and brother came for a Christmas visit and brought our furniture and decor we had out in Sonora...so thanks for their help her room is not empty any more!!!

*Bedding is in, dresser restored, crib up.....now just for the decorating etc!!! Pics. will def. come once all is set up and in place to show it off ;)

*Daycare is chosen & she is registered!

*Daddy and I took our hospital tour and have registered for delivery!

*Belly: well it is a growin'! My patients say they cannot tell when I mention that I am prego...but as most come back and say, "well you are tall".......;)

Looking forward to these last 3 months--registering soon, Aunt Dandy is getting shower details started, nursery will be finished up, and anxious for her to grow and see more of her rolling and kicking around!!!!

April 11th can't come soon enough!!

And it begins......

A quick glimpse of how my weekend went!

As my mom, sister & I walked around looking at bows, tutu's, the most adorable outfits and such...I told them "I still cannot believe we are actually buying GIRL clothes"...so many times we would walk through the stores just glimpsing at the girl section in awe of the cuteness...just knowing that it was very, very rare that I would have a girl ;)

So yes, our little fun dream came true!

(In the back of my mind, don't think I don't wonder if that baby is some how gonna come out a boy!)

So our friday and saturday consisted of......

Daddy's 1st outfit!! Just perfect!!!

So the Fun Begins.....

WHAT AN AMAZING DAY!!!!!!

IT'S A GIRL!!!

So Blessed to have our family here with us on our speical day!

After a phone call on wednesday (2 days before our sch. visit with the sono tech.) stating the tech had to resch. i was devesated to say the least! WHAT?! our family is coming in just for the big sex reveal news and we are having to cancel this?!

Well, my dr. still said she would see me today for this visit and we would def. try to find out boy/girl....relieved we atleast still got to do that I was happy...

So Wednesday Graham's parents and Nana come into town, then yesterday my mom and dad came in!

Along with Aunt Dandy we were all awaiting this BIG DAY!!

I immediaetly received a message on facebook after I had posted my news of canceled sono tech. appointment: a friend messaged me stating this happened to her-except the day before she was to go in to deliever her baby, she got a call saying another mom had to be put in her spot to deliever that day....devestated as expected...she told me she knows how I feel and that

God has a plan!!!

I took that to heart knowing that we are here , having this moment, by HIS WILL and blessing!!

So....God had a plan...today we got to not only go to our OB appointment...(in which she stated she was 90% sure a baby girl today) but my OB dr. was KIND enough to call her friend a perinatologist without me asking...and asked to see if she could get us into her office soon for the big sono -revealing the sex for sure and making sure all organs etc. were healthy!

So thanks to her we ended up getting into the new Dr. having a big room for our whole family and a big screen TV to watch our baby girl, move, jump and wiggle all around on!!!!!

IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! SAW HER WHAT LOOKED LIKE...LONG LEGS &TOES....FACE..FIST PUMP AND ALL!!!!!!

Wow...tears welled up in me when the Dr. said yes, she is a girl for sure...3 lines!!

WOW...we were all shocked from hearing the 90% its a girl in the first place...Graham very much so...we counted and Lee (Graham's dad) said in his line of family....in like 80 years it has been all BOYS born....

I told them the night before that I feel a girl....God has blessed us after a 1st misscarriage with a healthy baby..and I just felt like he wanted us to experience this blessing...a Girl!

So here we are! 4 1/2 months away from expected arrival date!!

Thanks to all who have been anxiously awaiting our news and praying!!!

God's Blessings!

I saw this at a store and immediately bought it...for this is my Life's Motto!!!

~This past few months have been a blessing! Not only for my family but other families as well~

You never know just how GOOD GOD is until you come upon a situation where PRAYERS ARE NEEDED! Seeing how much God answers prayers and how powerful prayer is, is AMAZING!!

These past few months to me has been many prayers for babies!

God has came through and given these babies and their family none other than a MIRACLE!!

1st is the Percifull family: A high school close friend of Graham's he graduated with & his wife, Jared & Chrissie....God sent them an "angel" on 10/9/10...after 2 miscarriages from health reasons- they now have a beautiful baby girl....literally a miracle! Delivered at 30 weeks and 2 days, this almost 2 lb baby is a blessing! I pray for strength and great recovery for Baby Braylin and her momma and family!

2nd is the Moore family: I love seeing how prayer from many, many friends and family has worked a miracle in 8 month old Cameryn! After sudden seizures @ 7months and many tests...through the power of prayer she is now almost 2 weeks being seizure-free!! Although I am not close with this family, reading her Mom's blog of daily updates has brought me closer to God and just how powerful HE really is!

So say a prayer for these little one's and their families as you read this....and now for our story of God's BLESSING!!!!

Graham and I have been married 2 yrs and dated 4 prior...I have always known I wanted to have children....so last Sept. we decided we would start trying!.....months pass, in Feb. we get pregnant-we end up having an early miscarriage at 3 weeks, I knew it was God's plan, because soon after I lost my job i had been at for almost 3 1/2years.....never before did i understand exactly how God had his timing but we knew "everything happens for a reason!!!!"

Thankful for not having any health problems we knew when God wanted to Bless us he would choose the right time! Through our busy, busy summer of weddings, parties etc...about 5 months later we get none other than a (+) pregnancy test! Excited and terrified at the same time...I knew God was working his blessings for Graham and I.....we immediately called my Dr. ran the tests they do and to our surprise we got perfect, good news!! Yes, we were pregnant and everything was on track at the moment!........I hesitated to tell family and close friends early because we wanted to be sure everything was healthy and going good.......soooo......today we are 14 weeks! (3 1/2 months prego) We have had several sonos, got to hear the beautiful heart beat of our Baby Bloodworth today! and it was amazing!! Graham is over excited and of course I am too!

God has worked many blessing in the lives of us and our friends, we give all the glory to him! And know without him none of this would have happened!!

Please pray for us and this journey we are now on for continued healthiness of Baby Bloodworth and I.
